Atma Module: Discovering Identity and Self-Worth
Do you believe that you can be genuinely happy if you do not understand who you are? Do you think that your self-worth is based on the roles you have and the achievements and failures you experience?
Wisdom teachings inform us that the root cause of our distress and dissatisfaction stems from the misplaced identification that rules our lives and directs all our endeavours. Understanding who we truly are and being able to separate our sense of self-worth from the temporary ups and downs we go through is in direct connection to the fulfillment and meaning we experience daily. We will learn how to act upon this knowledge and pay closer look to the workings of the mind that trick us into believing that we are less than we actually are.

Dharma Module: Finding Your Purpose
Each one of us is born with a particular set of qualities created by our previous activities and further moulded by our upbringing and environment. The purpose we are born to fulfill is intimately connected to these properties and to our character. Our inner satisfaction and happiness are very much dependent upon how successfully we are able to identify our purpose and to answer to the calling of our unique physical and psychological constitution.
We will explore several meanings of the word dharma and continue by asking very practical questions relating to the nature and qualities of each one of us. This will enable us to understand what we are made for in this life and how we can consciously move towards our life’s task and successfully accomplish it.

Gunas Module: Creating Our Environment
Imagine the whole world in which we are living as a beautiful painting created by the most expert artist. In this analogy the gunas are seen as three primary colours. By mixing them we obtain an unlimited number of different hues that are the foundation of the diversity in which this world is manifesting.
We will discover the ways the gunas act upon us from moment to moment. We will learn how to consciously select the components of our lives based on the quality they embody, thus choosing the environment that will effectively support our growth and progress. We will also discuss some simple yet effective practices that are highly recommended by Ayurveda and are known to infuse one’s life with sattva, the mode of illumination and goodness.

Bhakti Module: Cultivating a Higher Connection
There are people in our society, who firmly believe that gravity does not exist. However, irrespectively of what our belief about gravity is, if anyone of us jumps from the roof, she or he will end up falling onto the ground. It is very similar when it comes to the higher powers that influence and govern our lives: it does not really matter if we believe in them or not, they exist nevertheless.
The Bhakti Module is all about learning to recognize the higher power in and around us and re-establishing our connection to it. We will learn how to cooperate with it in order to co-create a life that is truly serving the highest good for ourselves and others. We will explore the practices that enable us to cultivate our higher connection daily, thus bringing our life to a completely new level.
